“How You King?” is the latest visual from French Montana.

He released his fourth studio album, They Got Amnesia, back in November, which included 21 tracks and a number of collaborations with Rick Ross, Kodak Black, Doja Cat, Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign, Ty Dolla $ign, 42 Dugg, and more were added to the project shortly after release, including previously released single “Cold” (featuring Tory Lanez).

A short film mainly documenting French’s hospitalization in the past couple of years was also released alongside They Got Amnesia. On December 15, fans had the opportunity to view the visual for “How You King?,” which is based on the film of the same title. The video shows him performing bars while watching a different version of himself being resuscitated by doctors in a surgery room.

Created by FnZ, Cardiak, and Hitmaka, BoogzDaBeast, “How You King?” traces French’s journey through health scares and makes his case as one of hip hop’s treasures:

It is the follow-up to last year’s CB5 mixtape, the fifth in his Coke Boys series that contains 19 songs and features some of the biggest names in hip-hop Jim Jones, Lil Durk, Chinx, Jack Harlow, Benny the Butcher, Max B, and A$AP Rocky. Prior to that, French released They Got Amnesia’s official predecessor MONTANA, which contained top tier hits such as “Lockjaw” and “No Stylist.”
