Blueface Debuts Shocking New Face Tattoos Amid Prison Stay

It's been a while since fans have heard any big news about Blueface. This is mostly due to the fact that he's currently behind bars. The "Thotiana" rapper turned himself in earlier this year for an alleged parole violation. Unfortunately, it looks like he'll be in jail for at least another few months. That hasn't stopped him from making major changes, however, namely to his appearance. In new footage that surfaced online today, he looks to have gotten some new face tattoos.

The last time supporters saw him, he didn't appear to have nearly as much ink on his face as he does now. At the time of writing, it remains unclear whether or not the tattoos are temporary or the real deal. Either way, the footage has sparked concern among social media users, who are now comparing him to Chrisean Rock. For those who don't recall, she debuted a huge tattoo of Blueface's face on her cheek after he was arrested.

Blueface Seemingly Gets New Ink Behind Bars

While Blueface is wrapped up in his legal issues, Chrisean seems to have been caring for his youngest child Chrisean Jesus, who they welcomed in September of 2023. She's dealt with her own fair share of issues with the law in recent months, but now, it looks like she's committed to staying on a better path. For now, it's unclear whether or not Blueface plans to do the same when he's released.

It's also uncertain exactly when he'll be able to reunite with his family, but he seems hopeful that it won't be too much longer. In October, his official Instagram account shared a post hinting at a potential release date. "I'll Ce Out JULY Don't Bink!!!!!" it read. This got fans' hopes up, as it was previously reported that he could be in jail for up to four years.

L7 announce the death of bassist Jennifer Finch

L7 bassist Jennifer Finch has passed away.

Her bandmates announced earlier this week that she had been diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of brain cancer. Her family and friends have now confirmed the heartbreaking news of her death.

A message published through her Instagram account stated: “We are devastated to announce the death of our partner, sister, daughter, and friend Jennifer Precious Finch. Jennifer’s impact on the world of music was seismic; her impact on our lives, even moreso.

“We appreciate everyone’s interest and concern, thank you for all the kind messages. We appreciate some space to heal privately during this difficult time.”

Her fellow L7 members Donita Sparks, Suzi Gardner and Demetra Plakas also confirmed her passing through the group’s Instagram page.

They shared: “With a very heavy heart we announce that our beloved bandmate, friend, and fellow troublemaker Jennifer Finch has passed away today. She had a long courageous fight with brain cancer and was loved by many wonderful friends, musical peers and fans worldwide. We love you Jennifer.”

In another message, the musicians celebrated Jennifer’s “fierce spirit” and “boundless creativity” while promising that she would “always” remain with them.

In a statement issued by their representative, they said: “We are shattered by the loss of our beloved bandmate, sister and friend Jennifer Finch, whose fierce spirit, humor and boundless creativity helped shape L7 and changed all of our lives forever. Jennifer was a true original who lived entirely on her own terms, and the impact she made on music, art and everyone lucky enough to know her cannot be measured. We love her beyond words and will carry her with us always. Rest in power our dear friend.”

When L7 first disclosed Jennifer’s health condition, the group explained that she had encouraged them to move forward with their Last Hurrah Tour later this year.

The band wrote on Instagram: “The Last Hurrah Tour was planned along with Jennifer when all four of us were in good health and spirits.

“Although she will not be able to join us for the upcoming U.S. dates, Jennifer has asked us to continue with the tour as planned.

“We will honor her request while making her care and well-being our immediate priority.”

The same Instagram update also revealed that a GoFundMe campaign had been created to assist with Jennifer’s medical bills.

They continued: “Following multiple surgeries and serious complications, Jennifer now requires extensive medical care, rehabilitation and professional in-home support.

“Friends, family and L7 have launched a GoFundMe to help cover these urgent expenses and allow her to remain safely at home with the care, dignity and support she needs.”

The group encouraged supporters to “donate if you are able” and assist by circulating the fundraiser “as widely as possibly”.

L7 came together during the middle of the 1980s, and three of their seven studio records later entered the Billboard 200.

Their latest release, Scatter the Rats, arrived in 2019 and marked their first and only studio album following their 2014 reunion.

Outside her work with the influential female rock group, Jennifer had relationships with Nirvana and Foo Fighters musician Dave Grohl and The Smashing Pumpkins singer Billy Corgan.

She was married to actor, musician and NASCAR driver Chris Pederson between 2000 and 2007.
