Diddy Is Ready To Give Up On Bail Appeal

Diddy has announced that, after being denied bail three times from three different judges, he’s giving up on try number four and is ready to drop his appeal.

On September 30, Diddy filed an appeal of Judge Andrew Carter’s decision to keep him in jail while he prepares for trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Carter’s decision was itself a review of the initial decision to deny bail for Diddy, made earlier that month by a different judge, Robyn Tarnofsky.

The appeal was temporarily put on hold in October, as Diddy tried again for bail as his case was assigned to a new judge, Arun Subramanian.

Last month, Subramanian ordered that Diddy needed to remain locked up, citing his “propensity for violence.”

This past Friday (December 13), Diddy’s lawyer Alexandra Shapiro filed paperwork indicating that the mogul wanted to shut down his own appeal effort.

Attached to the document is a statement signed by Diddy himself, acknowledging that he “desires to withdraw and voluntarily dismiss the appeal.”

In other Diddy news, he is now facing a new wave of lawsuits.

The complaints, accusing him of drugging and raping three men, were filed anonymously on Thursday (December 12) in New York state Supreme Court by lawyer Thomas Giuffra, according to the Associated Press, adding to Diddy’s mounting sexual assault lawsuits and federal sex trafficking case.

The alleged incidents took place between 2019 and 2022 and followed a “frighteningly consistent” pattern, according to Guiffra, where the Bad Boy boss would lure the men to his house or a hotel room, ply them with spiked drinks and then rape them.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, saying in a statement: “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

One of the men, who worked for Diddy between 2006 and 2018, claims he was sexually assaulted by his former employer at a Manhattan hotel in 2020, where they met to discuss money he was owed from his job.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy served him a drink and within minutes he felt “very sleepy.” The man then claims that he later woke up to find Diddy raping him.

When he tried to stop him, Diddy allegedly told him, “I’m almost done.”

Cardi B Goes Off On Hater At Miami Strip Club: Watch

image

Cardi B has a lot on her plate these days. Aside from navigating a divorce from her ex Offset, she just welcomed her third child a few months ago and is working on her upcoming sophomore album. Despite all of this, she's typically eager to chat and take photos with her fans, ensuring that each one of them has a positive and memorable experience. Unfortunately, one of these heartwarming fan encounters recently took a turn for the worse, as evidenced by new footage obtained by TMZ.

In the footage, Cardi can be seen posing for a photo in her car with a smiling supporter, when someone off-camera makes a shady remark. "Imma show you how much I hate you," they said. Immediately, Cardi called them out, urging them to clarify. Eventually, she jumped out of the car and headed for the hater to confront them up close. Security intervened before the situation could escalate any further, but it's safe to say they learned their lesson.

Cardi B Checks Man In Miami After Shady Remark

Fans can't blame Cardi for being fed up, particularly amid all she's been going through. It's not the only drama she's gotten wrapped up in as of late, however. Earlier this month, she took to Instagram Live to accuse Child Protective Services of harassing her. She even threatened to leak an employee's personal info, though she never went through with it. This week, Offset seemingly dissed her parenting skills too with an interesting Instagram Story. "I couldn't play how you do. Pray for them kids," he wrote simply, leaving his followers to speculate.

Cardi also leaked some NSFW text messages from the former Migos member last week, shortly after a hacker exposed one of their explosive arguments. "And yes I did post that f*cking text message myself because it's like I don't like when n****s try to play me," she explained at the time. "I really don't like when n****s try to play me like I'm not the baddest b*tch."
