Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are offering fans a closer glimpse into their lavish wedding celebrations in Sicily.

On Saturday (June 20), the 30-year-old pop star posted a set of striking images on social media taken during their second wedding ceremony in Palermo, Sicily.

“Mr & Mrs,” Lipa wrote as the caption for the Instagram carousel.

Dua Lipa’s post included intimate snapshots from the celebration, showing the couple embracing up close, a black and white portrait set against the venue’s grand architecture, and lively moments of dancing and champagne celebrations.

A number of celebrity friends left congratulatory messages in the comments, including Elton John, Katy Perry and Troye Sivan. “Congratulations, an honour to have been there to celebrate your love,” John wrote. Perry commented, “Sweetie babies,” while Sivan left a white heart emoji.

The couple’s star-studded Sicilian celebration was held at Villa Valguarnera, an 18th century estate near Palermo, earlier this month and reportedly hosted around 300 guests. Elton John also performed for the newlyweds, singing his classic “Your Song.”

The guest list included Donatella Versace, Joe Alwyn, Olivia Dean, Charli XCX and her husband George Daniel of The 1975, as well as Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker and his wife Sophie Parker, alongside Mark Ronson and Grace Gummer.

The Sicily ceremony followed the couple’s earlier private wedding at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall on May 31.

Lipa confirmed her engagement to Callum Turner in June 2025 after months of speculation. The pair were first linked romantically in January 2024 after being seen together at an afterparty following the premiere of Masters of the Air.

Shakira to Return to the Pyramids of Giza for First Show in Nearly 20 Years

Shakira is set to return to the Great Pyramids of Giza for the first time in nearly two decades.

The Dai Dai hitmaker has announced a special concert at the world famous Egyptian landmark on November 28.

Shakira said: “I’m very happy to be performing in Egypt, at the Pyramids of Giza. I love you all.”

Her previous performance at the historic site took place during her Oral Fixation Tour in 2007.

Shakira is now preparing for the FIFA World Cup final halftime show after previously appearing at the tournament's opening ceremony.

The Hips Don't Lie singer will take the stage alongside Madonna, BTS, Justin Bieber, and Burna Boy at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on July 19.

This time around, she wants to make sure her performance feels different from her appearance at the opening ceremony, where she and Burna Boy introduced the official FIFA World Cup anthem, Dai Dai.

Speaking on The Capital Evening Show With Jimmy Hill, the global star explained that she is already thinking about how to give fans a fresh experience.

She said: “I played at the inauguration, and now I'm playing at the final.

“I've got to wrap my head around it, make it a little different from what I did at the inauguration.”

The Colombian singer also revealed that the halftime show will feature several major artists performing together. “It's going to be a shared halftime show … it's going to be pretty historic, five amazing artists, well four amazing artists plus me. Madonna is going to be there, BTS, Bieber, Coldplay.”

She also said she hopes Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who is curating the halftime show, will join the performers on stage. “I really hope that Chris Martin is going to be singing too.”

Although rehearsals have not yet taken place, Shakira admitted that the final performance is still taking shape.

She added: “We'll all get together and we'll all figure it out how it's gonna be, but I'm really curious. I'm as curious as you are right now!”
