DaBaby has decided to give up drinking alcohol after a recent wild night left him hungover and on bed rest for the next day.
On Sunday (December 3), the Charlotte rapper took to Instagram to issue a PSA about how it’s going to be a dry December for himself as he’s officially done with drinking.
“It’s official bro, I don’t drink no more. Hell nah. I don’t drink no more, dog. So if you offer me a drink. When I got my appearances don’t try to give me no bottles, don’t dry to give me no shot,” he said. “I don’t drink from this point forward. I’m stilling the fuck out. It’s simple as that… You better not be drunk cus I’m gonna be sober.
“I do not drink no more. Got me on bed rest. Real talk, throwing up in my Maybach and getting out the car with my pants halfway down. What the fuck wrong with me, dog?”

DaBaby provided some context to his vicious hangover on Instagram where was picking up his daughter from his mom’s house and had to pull his Maybach over to throw up while his baby girl cheered him on. “Good job, daddy,” he recalled her saying.
Baby will look to follow in the footsteps of one of his mentors living a sober lifestyle in 50 Cent. While 50 has a lucrative liquor business, he himself actually doesn’t drink alcohol.
“First, I’ll pour drinks from a bottle of champagne for everyone who is in VIP with me,” 50 wrote in his Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter book. “When the bottle is empty, I’ll give it to one of my guys and have him quietly refill it with ginger ale.”
DaBaby gave 50 Cent a birthday shout-out earlier this year where he deemed him the “last role model” he’s got left in his life.
“Tell you once a month you the last role model I got left! Keep dominating the [globe] I’m studying on a daily. Love for life bruh, See you soon,” he wrote for 50’s 48th birthday in July.
